Chris Memmer

As a first generation Texan, born and raised for most of his life in Houston, Chris Memmer was destined to be a cowboy! His parents Jim and Debbie, who are from Ohio, went along with it for awhile, and that mindset quickly changed. The true start to his career was in fine dining, where he developed a love for service and wine. That lead on to multiple sales roles in the wine and spirits industry. Through years of learning the industry, he achieved his Wine and Spirits Education Trust level II.

The year of COVID changed the trajectory of his career, and Chris switched roles into helping locally-owned restaurants with their hospitality needs. He worked with countless operating systems and integrations to build the most ideal point of sale for the business owner. He is excited for this new role with Revlocal, giving him the ability to put his impact on the community through helping small business owners.

In his spare time he spends it watching Astros, playing with his dog Astro, cheering on the Texas Longhorns and preparing for the long month of rodeo season where he volunteers his time. He is a 10-year committee member of the Winery Relations Committee at the rodeo which brings millions each year in donations for the youth and their college dreams. His favorite quote of all time is from the movie The Shawshank Redemption. "Get busy living, or get busy dying."
