Columbus CEO partnered with WorkplaceDynamics to compile the 2016 rankings, which were based on employee survey responses. The employee survey measures responses to determine how organizations compare in key areas including direction and values, execution on plans, connection with employees, training and work/life balance, relationship with managers, employee engagement and pay/benefits.

In total, 70 Columbus area organizations were named as 2016 Top Workplaces – 10 large, 25 midsize and 35 small organizations.
