Columbus, OH: We are excited to announce the promotion of Ben Dean from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Data Officer!

And with growth comes new opportunities. In Ben’s new role, he will focus on leading the overall data strategy including the development of data analytics and business intelligence. This new role will also allow Ben to develop our data processes, tools and reports to empower better decisions for our company.
Ben told us that he’s excited to build out a new area of our company and to help RevLocal evolve our data strategy from being retrospective and reactive, to predictive and proactive.

With this new role, RevLocal will be able to discover impactful insights in our data that enables us to help business owners succeed and our employees flourish.
Moreover, focusing on business intelligence will help us to train and coach our employees in more effective and targeted ways, as well as identify trends and patterns.
