Through his in-depth analysis and positioning, as well as a proactive approach to target marketing, he created compelling strategies that lead to executing negotiations. His focus included investment sales, landlord representation, land acquisition and overall strategic advisory services. He also represented national, regional and local concepts in the Houston metropolitan statistical area.
