Jeff was born and raised in Schenectady, NY, where he worked at his family’s business, Falvo Meat Shoppe, from age 12 to his mid-20’s. After graduating from Hudson Valley Community College, with a degree in Construction Technology, he spent the next 4 years at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL, majoring in Speech Communications/Fashion Merchandising. While at Olivet, Jeff started as an intern selling books door-to-door during the summertime with the Nashville-based Southwestern Advantage Company. After becoming a top salesperson and recruiter, Jeff realized he had a knack for sales. 

Jeff began working with Family Heritage Insurance Company in Cleveland, Ohio, as a sales manager and top salesperson. When the Tennessee market opened up in 1994, he moved to Nashville and met his wife, Sheila. While working with Family Heritage, Jeff met Michael Hawk, the founder of RevLocal, also a Southwestern Advantage alumnus.

Jeff joined RevLocal in 2012 and has served the Middle Tennessee market as a Sr. Digital Marketing Consultant for 8 years. He loves helping local businesses grow by creating the right digital marketing strategy for them. 

On a personal note, Jeff love spending time with his wife and stepsons, Spencer and Hunter, his family, as well as with his two sisters, Diane and Darlene, their families and his dad in Florida. He is very active with his church and enjoys spending time with friends, outdoors, and traveling, especially to his favorite places, upstate New York and Southern Italy, where he still has lots of family.
